An L2 Technical Support Engineer is responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting users, and maintaining the smooth operation of IT systems. They work with various teams to address and solve more challenging problems effectively.

Technical Skills :

• Proficient in working with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Solid understanding of computers, mobile devices, and technology products.
• Hands-on experience with remote desktop tools like Webex, LogMeIn, or Bomgar.
• Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps, AWS, and virtualization platforms.
• Familiar with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or RemedyForce.

Behavioral Skills :

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Capable of documenting technical details clearly and effectively.
• Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving common technical issues.

Additional Skills :

• Understanding of ITSM processes, including incident management.
• Ability to manage and prioritize several tasks at once efficiently.

• Respond to user queries and provide support via phone, email, or chat.
• Forward unresolved problems to relevant internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests and the actions taken to resolve them.
• Assist in developing and updating guides, manuals, and knowledge base content.
