An L2 Technical Support Engineer is responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting users, and maintaining the smooth operation of IT systems. They work with various teams to address and solve more challenging problems effectively.
Job Requirements :
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in working with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Solid understanding of computers, mobile devices, and technology products.
- Hands-on experience with remote desktop tools like Webex, LogMeIn, or Bomgar.
- Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps, AWS, and virtualization platforms.
- Familiar with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or RemedyForce.

- Capable of documenting technical details clearly and effectively.
- Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving common technical issues.
