We are seeking a motivated and proactive L2 Support Engineer to become part of our team. In this position, you will handle troubleshooting tasks, offer application support, and manage service requests for our clients. A solid grasp of telephony systems and SQL is required, along with experience in a Help Desk or a similar customer support role. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English are crucial, as you will interact with users and team members, delivering solutions professionally and courteously.Job Requirements :
Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of SQL concepts with hands-on experience in writing SQL queries. Support Experience: Knowledge of telephony systems and prior experience in a customer-facing support role. Communication Abilities: Proficient in both Hindi and English, with the capability to simplify technical issues for users. Personal Attributes: Must be proactive, adaptable, and a team player. Attention to detail and professionalism are essential. IT Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.Job Responsibilities :
Offer troubleshooting and application support to users via phone calls, email, or fax, with a focus on resolving issues on the first contact. Create and manage service tickets, update databases, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks. Evaluate, plan, and prioritize customer requests to ensure swift resolution of their issues. Log, process, and close incidents or service requests using Help Desk software.
