Job Responsibility :

You need to provide resolution to maintain standards of quality. Need to preview content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidlines. Identify trends and patterns and promptly raise any issues. You need to provide insights to help improve the support to the users and make it user friendly. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of processes and policies. You need to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. This job position require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly sensitive in nature like graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Qualification Required :

Any Graduate in relevant field (PG an added advantage for this role) Freshers are eligible to apply this position. Proficiency in the English language is required.

Skills Required :

You need to be effective in probing skills and analyzing also in understanding skills. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts, is required.
