What would you do ?
As an Associate Software Engineer, your role entails various responsibilities:
- Designing, constructing, testing, assembling, and providing support for applications based on business requirements.
- Understanding the business dynamics to anticipate performance implications and align software delivery accordingly.
- Engaging in the development of automation solutions, adapting to new functionalities and technologies, and seamlessly integrating them into existing solutions.
- Ensuring timely delivery of code meeting quality standards, actively participating in peer reviews for continuous improvement.
- Taking ownership of solution implementation to ensure successful outcomes.
- Supporting infrastructure operations and effectively managing the delivery of IT production services.
- Demonstrating flexibility by being open to relocating for project deployments across different parts of India and being available for 24×7 shifts as per business needs.
Skills Required :
You need to have basic understanding of ABAP development on HANA, CDS,AMDP, Performance Analysis.
Experience or knowledge in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications.
Good working knowledge in J2EE and full stack development.
Need to have Knowledge and development experience of .NET (ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC)
Also Test automation engineering.
- Candidates with full-time education in any stream/branch of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from the graduating years of 2023 and 2024 will be considered. Part-time and distance education qualifications will not be taken into account.
Note: Individuals pursuing an MBA or PGDBM are not qualified to apply for this position.
- To be eligible for the application and onboarding process, several criteria must be met:
- You should have no active backlogs either during the application or the onboarding phase.
- Completion of your relevant degree within the prescribed duration is required. For instance, a B.Tech degree should be completed in 4 years, while M.Tech/MSc should be completed in 2 years, without any gaps.
- Only your highest level of education will be taken into account.
- Applicants must not have participated in the Accenture Recruitment assessment or interview process within the last three months.
- Candidates should possess no more than 11 months of professional experience.
- Eligibility to work in India is mandatory, either through citizenship or possessing relevant work permit documents. Citizens from Bhutan and Nepal are permitted to work in India without needing a work visa, whereas other foreign nationals must obtain either a work visa, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) status, or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.
- It’s necessary to be open to working in any Business Unit or Service line within the organization and be prepared to join or relocate to any Accenture office across India.

Selection Process :
To apply for the job, you will need to log in to your account and submit your application. Upon submission, the recruitment team will review your qualifications to determine if you meet the requirements for the role. If you’re deemed suitable, you will receive an email inviting you to complete an online assessment.
The assessment process consists of three stages:
- Mock/Practice Assessment: This is a 10-minute exercise designed to familiarize you with the assessment platform and ensure your hardware, software, and internet connection are functioning properly.
- Cognitive Assessment: This assessment lasts for 50 minutes and covers areas such as English proficiency, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning. The results will be provided within 10 minutes after completion.
- Cognitive & Technical Assessment: In this 90-minute assessment, you will be evaluated on both cognitive abilities and technical skills. The cognitive assessment is mandatory and serves as an elimination round, while the technical assessment is non-eliminatory. The results of the technical assessment will factor into the final selection process.
- Communication Assessment: This final assessment lasts for 30 minutes and evaluates your proficiency in sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
It’s important to complete each assessment diligently and await the results as instructed. Your performance in these assessments will determine your candidacy for the role
