Job Description :
As a Lead Test Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and performing quality assurance for Linux-based applications. This includes guiding testing teams, developing automated testing processes, and ensuring successful product launches.
Job Requirements :
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Linux-based environments. Deep understanding of manual and automated testing processes. Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Ruby. Knowledge of automation testing frameworks. Proficient in tools like Bazel, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket. Practical experience with Agile methodologies. Excellent skills in communication and problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities :
Analyze and familiarize yourself with existing applications, their configurations, and testing approaches. Design and oversee test plans for various stages of product releases. Write automated scripts to enhance testing efficiency and precision. Collect and present testing outcomes through clear, detailed reports. Mentor and assist junior testers to maintain high-quality standards. Detect and resolve issues quickly, documenting bugs when necessary. Collaborate with the team in an Agile environment to meet project objectives.
