As a .NET Core Developer, your responsibilities will be :

• Enhancing and maintaining current .NET applications.
• Integrating applications with SOAP and REST services.
• Collaborating with onshore Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Partnering with offshore teams to ensure project completion.
• Allocating 60% of your efforts to older frameworks and 40% to newer ones.

• Proficient in using .NET Core and C# for developing robust applications and experienced in managing data efficiently with SQL Server.
• Strong expertise in integrating applications with SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring seamless communication between systems and services.
• Capable of working independently to handle tasks effectively while also leading collaboration and coordination between onshore and offshore teams for successful project delivery.

Develop and maintain .NET applications :

This involves creating new applications using the .NET framework and ensuring existing applications run smoothly. The development process includes coding, testing, debugging, and regular updates to maintain performance, security, and functionality.

Integrate applications effectively with SOAP and RESTful APIs : You will be responsible for connecting your applications to other systems or services by using APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) and REST (Representational State Transfer) are common methods for enabling communication between different software systems. You will need to ensure these integrations are seamless, ensuring data flows correctly between systems without errors. Identify and resolve issues in applications : You will troubleshoot and fix bugs or performance problems in applications. This could involve reviewing error logs, analyzing user feedback, or testing different parts of the application to find where things are going wrong. Once an issue is identified, you will work on finding and applying the appropriate fix. Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely project completion : You will work alongside other developers, business analysts, project managers, and possibly even design and QA teams. Effective communication and collaboration are key to making sure the project stays on track and is delivered on time. You may need to adjust your work based on feedback or changes from these teams. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices : As technology evolves quickly, it's important to keep up with new tools, frameworks, and techniques in .NET development. This might include learning new coding standards, development practices, or tools that can make your work more efficient or improve the performance and scalability of the applications you're working on.
