Job Description :
As an Application Developer at AXA XL, you will modify applications to ensure they meet IT service needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining custom applications, as well as customizing vendor software. You’ll collaborate with both internal and external teams, perform tests, and assist in resolving any issues that come up.
Job Requirements :
- Implement and document changes according to the SDLC process.
- Conduct unit testing to verify quality before system testing.
- Assist with impact analysis and troubleshooting during testing.
- Join the Major Incident Team and provide L3 support for root cause analysis.
- Contribute to technical analysis, solution design, and the creation of operational guidelines.
- Spot and communicate potential areas for improvement.
Job Responsibilities :
- Proficient in Java development with knowledge of Java frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and libraries.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Familiar with various delivery methods such as Agile, iterative, and waterfall.
- Experience in insurance or technology industries is a plus.
Desired Skills:

- Comfortable with change and quick to adjust.
