Nielsen is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their Collection & Data Processing team in Bengaluru. The role involves creating, developing, and enhancing software solutions in cloud environments based on Linux. You will work with technologies such as Java, Python, AWS, Microservices, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Job Requirements :
Experience :
- More than 5 years of experience with Java J2EE, Microservices, and Python.
- 3+ years of working with databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Over 2 years of experience with Linux systems and shell scripting.
- Understanding of AWS services, Terraform, and Airflow.
- Hands-on experience with container tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in unit testing with JUnit and maintaining code quality.
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical problems.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and improve applications using Java, Python, and database skills for better performance.
